SilviaMonteroMuñoz Dr. Silvia Montero has a degree in English Philology and a Phd in Applied Linguistics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is currently an English teacher and a coordinator of the US Global Education Program belonging to The United Nations in a bilingual secondary school in the Community of Madrid. She has also worked as the Head of Department of Languages in a state school for adults in Madrid and has many years of experience in the field of education teaching different levels.

FuensantaMonroyHernandez Fuensanta Monroy works full time at the Department of Research Methods in Education (University of Murcia, Spain). Her research interests focus on teacher training, approaches to teaching, approaches to learning, academic procrastination, and factors which may play a role in teaching and learning. In the past she taught English as a foreign language at the Servicio de Idiomas (Universidad de Murcia). She has working experience in a number of private companies in different sectors (banking, marketing) in UK, Germany and Spain.
