Mamiya Hernández, Rachel

Rachel Mamiya Hernadez is an Assistant Professor of Portuguese,Spanish, and Latin American and Iberian Studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Some of her interests include language acquisition and teaching, project-based learning, social justice, online intercultural exchanges, and instructional design. She is both honored and excited to serve as the President of AATSP (American Association Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese).
