Irene Castellano-Risco is a lecturer at the University of Extremadura, Spain, where she teaches modules related to English for Specific Purposes. Her research interests concern vocabulary acquisition, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), EFL learning and teaching and language learning strategies.
